Prima Vera Pasta with Grilled Polenta

Prima vera, “first vegetables” or “vegetables in season,” is a popular variation in Italian cooking.  We’ll use leftover polenta and homemade marinara sauce tonight.

If you can’t find small zucchini the meal will work just fine without it.
